Your order will be despatched within 2 working days after the order has been placed.
UK postage cost: £3.50
Europe: £5
Rest of the World: £8
For orders within the UK, under 2kg, we use Royal Mail 1st class packet post. For orders within the UK, over 2Kg, we use Parcelforce 48 hour service. For orders outside the UK, we use Royal Mail air mail service.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
All items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Please state why you would like to return your goods by sending us an e mail.
You will be fully refunded for the postage for any item that arrived damaged.
Note: specific rules apply to the return of damaged, defective or incorrect items.
